News About Food And Dieting

By Maria Rivera

The same as individuals announced years ago: You're not supposed to question your food, people. Take a seat, shut the hell up, dig in and chow down. Stop thinking about what you're eating and just do what you're advised by the media and its processed food advertisers. Questioning the wellness qualities of your refined food is a mental illness, don't you know? And if you "obsess" over foods (by carrying out such things as looking at the ingredients labeling, for example), then you are odd. Maybe even ill.

Nonetheless they cannot just name it "nervous healthy eating disorder" because that does not appear like they know what they're discussing about. Consequently they translate it into Latin where it sounds wise (though it isn't really). That is certainly where most ailment names originate from: Physicians just detail the symptoms they find with a name such as osteoporosis (which means "bone fragments with holes inside them"). Returning to this false "orthorexia" illness, most "professionals" goes on to report, "Orthorexics frequently have rigorous rules around eating. Refusing to eat sugar, sodium, coffee, booze, wheat or grain, gluten, yeast, sot, corn and dairy foods is just the beginning of their diet rules. Any kind of foodstuff which have touched inorganic pesticides, weed killers or contain artificial chemicals are also not being used."

They go alongside with whatever they are advised by the Tv or those in clear positions of leadership, never thinking about their behavior or what's truly going on in the universe all over them. In contrast to that, people who consume health-enhancing natural food -- with all the medical vitamins and minerals still in one piece -- start off to wake up their minds and spirits. Over time, they begin to question the fact around them and they pursue more enlightened research of matters like neighborhood, nature, life values, philosophy and the large picture of stuff that are occurring in the world. They become "conscious" and can begin to notice the very fabric of the Matrix, as they say.

But hold up. So striving to prevent yourself from chemicals, dairy, soya and sugars now can make you a mentally disabled patient? Yes, based on these professionals. When you really take exceptional care to prevent pesticides, weed killers and genetically modified food like soy and sugar, there is something drastically wrong with you. However did you discover that eating processed food is presumed to be "regular?" If you take in processed junk food that contain synthetic chemicals, then that is really bad for the overall health. The mental health patients are the people who choose organically grown, natural foods, apparently.

Why do you think lifeless, junk foods stay the standard meals in public education, private hospitals and jails? It can be because dead foods turn off increased levels of consciousness and keep folks focused on whatever distractions you can feed their brains: Television, assault, anxiety, sports activities, sex and so on. Nevertheless existing as a zombie is, in one way fairly "normal" in modern society today because a lot of people are performing it. However that does not make it normal: The true "common" is an empowered, healthy, awakened individual revitalized with living foods and functioning as a sovereign resident in a free community. Eating living meals is like taking the red pill since as time passes it opens up a whole new viewpoint on the fabric of truth. It sets you free to think on your own.
